Duties
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure their satisfaction
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to meet sales goals and expansion targets
  • Spot and cultivate new business possibilities within current accounts
  • Conduct regular assessments with clients to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Collaborate with different teams to meet customer needs and address any concerns or challenges
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor actions to uncover fresh business prospects
  • Produce and deliver sales projections, reports, and other pertinent documents to senior management
Prerequisites
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated history of achievement in key account management, particularly in the biotechnology field
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Aptitude for establishing and nurturing productive relationships with clients and internal team members
