Job Description :

  • Coordinate tour and hotel arrangements with overseas land operators to secure attractive itinerary and tour pricing for travel packages
  • Work with Airlines to secure Air group seats and manage group seats deposit and ticket issuance deadlines
  • Manage the issuance of group air tickets and handle air ticket refunds if necessary
  • Maintain traveler details by updating name lists
  • Communicate travelers' preferences to land operators or Airlines (special meals, rooms, or other requests)
  • Prepare pre-tour briefings for group tour departures, including the creation of briefing booklets and checking travelers' details
  • Support product planner in developing travel packages
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Work Schedule:
This position offers a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week
