Responsibilities:

  • Maximize potential of properties through the formulation & implementation of marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase occupancy, rejuvenate properties & estates, and establish strong relationships with good tenants
  • Manage revenue and cost to ensure optimal returns from properties including the setting up and monitoring of budget for the assigned portfolio
  • Review existing policies, contracts, practices, and workflows to enhance the tenants' experience, improve service level agreements with external partners, andmonitor the performance of external partners effectively
  • Resolve feedback and property enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support by assisting officers with tenancy administration including data compilation, invoice processing, and works orders tracking

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in real estate leasing preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good writing and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in residential real estate
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Working knowledge of contracts, facilities management, and government procurement would be an advantage
