  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the bank.
  • Manage lease documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct property inspections and due diligence to assess the suitability of premises.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate smooth leasing processes.
  • Monitor lease expirations and proactively initiate lease renewals or relocations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate real estate leasing, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate leasing practices and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease terms and conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
