The projects in Payment Application Services (PAS) team are aligned with the bank's global cash management strategy.

The selected candidate will directly report to the Head of Payment Application Services (PAS) in Information System Asia Pacific (ISAP) CCS department based in Singapore.


Main responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 10-20 members, including tech and domain experts, in the CCS/PAS division
  • Supervise and prioritize team tasks to meet deadlines and milestones
  • Identify and address issues and risks promptly
  • Ensure team activities comply with bank standards
  • Participate in GIT Paris/ISAP governance
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and strive for improvement
  • Coordinate with vendors for releases
  • Monitor delivery quality and service standards
  • Assess staff skills and recommend training
  • Conduct team appraisals and support career development
  • Oversee human capital management, recruitment, and team engagement
  • Implement DevOps practices and software factory best practices
  • Drive technical innovation projects
  • Collaborate with architects and business users for local Payment Engines implementations
  • Manage CCS/PAS/INT team activities
  • Report to GIT/ISAP/PAS Section Manager
  • Manage team ramp-up and ramp-down based on bank requirements
  • Allocate budget and capacity as per functional manager's directives
  • Act as Tech Advocate/Architect advisor for technical projects
  • Ensure applications meet modern standards and adhere to dev-sec-ops practices
  • Design, deploy, and maintain applications under INT team's responsibility

Continuous improvement is crucial for projects management and implementation efficiency. Level 3 support activities are overseen if needed, and technical transformations are initiated to meet market demands. Collaboration with Enterprise Architects and business users is key for implementing local Payment Engines features and ensuring compliance. Legacy tech is transitioned to new tech, and modern dev-sec-ops standards are integrated into project/application lifecycles.
