{"Main Responsibilities:

As the leader of a team of 20-30 members, comprising tech and domain experts, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the PAS/LPE Team.

Your key objectives will include:

* Planning, organizing, and prioritizing work assigned to the team to meet committed deadlines and other agreed milestones

* Identifying, evaluating, and reporting issues and risks to ensure timely corrective and/or preventive measures

* Ensuring team activities adhere to bank standards and norms

* Implementing standard DevOps practices, including test automation, efficient CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring as Code, and End-to-End Observability

* Incorporating Continuous Improvement processes and culture on project management and implementations

* Supervising and following up on Level 3 Support Activities when the Global Support Team (L1&L2) requires system expertise

* Initiating and driving technical transformation/innovation projects to ensure applications/systems can cope with market and business demands

* Working closely with domain and Enterprise Architects & Business users in the implementation of all local Payment Engines and their features, including regulatory and compliance landscape

Key Accountabilities:

* Organizing and supervising all activities of the CCS/PAS/LPE team

* Reporting functionally to the manager of GIT/ISAP/CCS/PAS Section

* Ensuring proper ramp-up and ramp-down of the team as per Bank requirements

* Managing budget and capacity allocation according to priorities communicated by the functional manager

Technical Expertise:

* Designing, implementing, testing, deploying, supporting, and maintaining applications under the responsibility of the LPE team

* Ensuring high-quality technical and functional design of the application stack

* Ensuring a smooth end-to-end implementation of the LPE modules in charge using GIT best practices as well as overall GIT quality framework

* Ensuring proper UAT and production support of the modules delivered
