Prior experience in Office Admin / Receptionist

The consultant will be performing the full spectrum of receptionist & admin.

Our client is from a Real Estate Firm and they are looking for a Receptionist & Admin to join their team

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, including managing phone calls, welcoming visitors, and scheduling meeting room reservations.
  • Maintain the reception area and office in impeccable condition
  • Collaborate with external service providers
  • Generate purchase orders to procure pantry and stationery supplies as well as managing inventory for supplies
  • Organize daily mail dispatches and arrange for couriers as needed, meticulously documenting all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Identify and communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding inquiries and price quotations.

Experience Requirements:

  • Comes with relevant experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to interact with different levels of people
