Receptionist
- Work location: Central
- Work hours: 8.30AM 5.30PM
- Perm Role
Our client, in the coworking space management & services industry, is looking for a receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Man the front desk, welcoming members, guests, and visitors to the workspace
- Assist in conducting tours around the premises, serve beverages when required
- Operate the phone system, receiving calls on the mainline and relaying calls or messages to members and own staff.
- Handle membership registration and onboarding process.
- Answer basic enquiries about the workspace.
- Invoicing and processing payments from members.
- New members IT and service set up.
- Mail sorting and management
- Assist operations to run monthly events for members
- Book meeting rooms for members
- Monitor room allocation and space usage/bookings
- Maintain equipment and appliances.
- Monitor loan of any IT equipment or peripherals.
- Take stock and ensure the pantry and honesty bar are restocked in a timely manner.
- Opening up and closing the office space at the start and end of operation hours
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a Receptionist role
- An outgoing, positive and selfmotivated individual
- Willing to take the initiative and an ability to think on one's feet
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
