Contract 1 year Receptionist / Admin Officer

  • Working Location: Town/Central, 5 days work week _
  • Role is convertible to Perm _
  • Start work in Jun 2023Duties & Requirements:
  • Manage incoming calls, provide general information to call enquiries
  • To schedule for appointments manage the team's appointment calendar, coordinate meetings etc
  • Provide admin support & duties such as: data entry, filing, photocopy to maintaining office supplies
  • Receiving incoming mails, packages and handle outgoung mail and manage courier services
  • Maintain reception area is clean, organized
  • Assist to coordinate travel arrangements for the company staff and act as a liaision between departments and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma &/ related studies with min 5 yrs & above admin, office receptionist experience
  • Effective communicator, good team player and strong in multitasking
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to commence work immediately, 2 weeks on the job orientation/training is provided

Salary Range:
S$ 3,500 to S$ 4,000 per month (with benefits and completion bonus)
