**Job Description: - Deliver quality customer service to all guests.

  • Greet each guest promptly and courteously with a good smile and body language.
  • Take reservations and enquire purpose of visit.
  • Present menu and share promotions, specials, and items to customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent and trusted relationships with our guests.
  • Able to remember Tipsy regulars and VIPs.
  • Provide engagement to new and existing customers with exemplary service and entertainment.
  • Provide personalised service and interaction with guests.
  • Good Knowledge of Tipsy Brands and offerings.
  • Implement plans to deliver excellent service for outlet.
  • Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
  • Ensure proper table maintenance. Provide table service to customers (when needed)
