What will you do

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office locations
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage office budget and expenses and process payments
  • Maintain and manage office equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage office correspondence and communication, both internal and external
  • Maintain records and files and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate and manage office events and activities
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management

What do we expect

  • 510 years' experience in office management or administration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documents
