About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest container ship operators in the world.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the sales team focused on refrigerated cargo solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the reefer segment.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expanding the reefer sales portfolio.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations for temperaturecontrolled cargo shipments.
  • Set sales targets and closely monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to make informed business decisions.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Singapore - Permanent

  • Min 10 years relevant experience in Reefer and sales mainly in shipping/logistics industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
