Complex Property Claims Advocate, Asia

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Complex Property Claims Advocate and become a part of our expanding claims team in Singapore.

The Role:

  • Lead the provision of Complex Property claims advocacy services across Asia, with responsibilities such as:
  • Supervising major and/or sensitive Complex Property claims, including developing resolution plans and handling escalations;
  • Working with the wider Complex Property team to identify and endorse claims training and growth opportunities;
  • Offering claims analysis and insights to local and regional leadership;
  • Shoulder pre- and post-loss claims responsibility for crucial Complex Property accounts, ensuring top-notch service levels throughout the claims process;
  • Provide strategic claims advocacy for significant and/or contentious Complex Property claims in Asia;
  • Discovering and cultivating new business prospects through claims services or other means;
  • Assist the Chief Claims Officer for Asia in attaining global and regional objectives, including contributing to Aon Asia's growth targets;
  • Contribute to wider claims and risk management campaigns across Asia;
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Company as needed.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Complex Property claims;
  • Experience in advocating for clients with markets;
  • Understanding of the broking company's role in claims, ability to interpret policy terms, maintain relationships with senior insurers and clients, negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities.
