Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager
Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the enterprise SaaS market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of SaaS solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the SaaS industry
- Strong business development skills and experience in HR technology
- Ability to effectively manage partner relationships and drive collaboration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Additional skills such as CRM software proficiency and experience with enterpriselevel sales are a plus.
