Established in Singapore in 1996, our company is a leading player in the pharmaceutical and medical supply industry with a global presence. Listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, we are dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for a talented Human Resource (HR) & Office Manager to be a part of our dynamic team.



Roles & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day office operations, managing facilities, supplies, and administrative needs to create a conducive work environment.
  • Implement and optimize office procedures and policies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Manage office budget, equipment, supplies, and facilities effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication, organize company events, and support interdepartmental initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Supervise HR and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee benefits, payroll, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing employee concerns and queries.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/HRM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in HR and Office Administration.
  • Meticulous and highly organized.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong initiative, keen learner, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with human resource budgeting, compliance, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
