Job Description:


We are looking for the chosen one, a Customer Service Agent with an elasticity of skills to join our growing team based in Singapore.

The agent responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

This opportunity will require you to have the following skills and attributes to be successful:

  • 5 days Work Week, Work Rotation from Monday through Sunday,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Has the enthusiasm and drive to develop relationship and likes to help people
  • Displays an interest in IT and engaging with customers
  • Selfmotivation and passion for learning new technologies
  • Likes a challenge and performs well in a fastpaced environment
  • Must have Knowledge and Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • It's a bonus if you are familiar with HTML, PHP, SQL commands and coding

Work Responsibility will include:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and feedback
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Handling and resolving customers inquiries and problems regarding product and software.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the highlevel management.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in ticketing system.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
