  • 12. lssuance of payments and update bank books
  • Assist Finance Manager with Audit Analysis
  • Maintain director's personal file and bank book updating 15.Reconciliation of bank books for the group of companies 16.Analysis of costing for each project
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Director, Operations or Finance Manager
  • Maintenance of Local Employees P-file & communication with local
employees

  • Maintenance of staff leave records
  • Work Injury Compensation - preparation of reports, submission of documents to MOM & Insurance, submission of medical bills and update tracking of bills and amts received, communication with MOM, insurance & lawyers, etc.
  • Preparation & submission of GST
  • Check on vehicle insurance and road tax matters, liase for servicing and repairs
  • Manage petty cash funds
  • PPE Re-issuance
