What you will be working on

Join our team where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Customer Contact Centre. As a member of the Performance and Operations Support Unit, you will provide planning and strategic support to drive the transformation of call and correspondence services to achieve best-in-class standard.

The broad area of responsibilities include:

  • Provide hands-on support to frontline Contact Centre officers in initiating access applications, ensuring a seamless flow through processing stages by maintaining close collaboration with backend counterparts.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and staff, ensuring completion of all essential documentation to streamline the integration process effectively.
  • Maintain an organised system for tracking inventory and system records, ensuring they meet operational requirements and there is no unauthorised system access.
  • Collaborate closely with Contact Centre officers to raise purchase orders via GeBIZ, ensuring smooth procurement processes that align with Board's standards and requirements.
  • Support the smooth functioning of the unit by managing administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, and maintaining organised documentation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest or utilise technology such as Excel VBA, Python, UiPath, and Power BI to drive process improvement and boost efficiency across operations.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in administrative support roles, contact centre or IT department preferred.
  • Proficiency in maintaining organised systems for tracking inventory and system records, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and security standards.
  • Experience in facilitating the onboarding process for new vendors and staff, including document completion and interdepartmental coordination, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ procurement processes and experience in raising purchase orders is a plus.
  • Good administrative skills, including correspondence handling and documentation management.
  • Ability to proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using technology tools such as Excel VBA, Python, UiPath, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with frontline Contact Centre officers and backend counterparts to ensure seamless processing of access applications and procurement procedures.

  • Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position
