Job scope
Develop Marketing Campaigns

  • Involvement in end to end campaign/project management from planning, monitoring progress to execution, to achieve end results.
  • Assist in copywriting and developing design briefs (to be passed to designer) to ensure successful implementation of campaigns Social Media Management
  • Assist in developing content calendar for social media handles and ensure timely posting of these messages, notably around storytelling with video content
  • Assist in developing podcast, collaterals and video content to establish thought leadership
Website Management

  • Maintain current website on Wordpress
  • Implement updates and upgrades to Website pages
Data Analysis/ Market Research

  • Collate and analyse performance data for marketing campaigns and website traffic
  • Develop customer personas on an ongoing basis
  • Develop data monitoring dashboards with Google Analytics and / or Tableau
e-Learning Portal Management

  • Operate and maintain eLearning portals for clients
  • Organize and run personality profiling exercises for clients
Community Building (The Mindful Village)

  • Arrange and coordinate community events
  • Update and maintain community portal (Mighty Networks)
Project / Client Coordination

  • Support consultants in preparing and delivering L&D solutions to clients. E.g. slides, research, curriculum development
  • Assist consultants in preparing documents and proposals
  • Administer learning needs analysis, diagnostics and evaluation surveys to our clients
  • Develop posttraining evaluation reports and case studies for our clients
