Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient / general public phone call queries
  • Respond according to SOP
  • Liaise with Healthcare Professionals
  • Redirect calls to relevant personnels / departments as needed
  • Attend to emergency calls effectively and follow SOP as trained
  • Any admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
  • Prior related or call centre experience
  • Able to commit for shift work preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
