Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails to ensure customer's payment enquiries are answered accurately and professionally within the stipulated time frame.
  • Coordination of requests to appointment booking for regular screening and vaccination
  • Provide quality service on customers enquires and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient's information and adhere to PDPA guidelines
  • Provide information on various medical packages and services offered
  • Any other duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N / 'O' level
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle enquiries professionally
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are able to work well in teams
  • Effective time management skills to ensure timely response to incoming calls
  • Willingness to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
  • Experience in call centre is preferred
