Client Engagement Associate, APAC

CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions company is currently seeking a client engagement associate based out of our Singapore office.

  • The Client Engagement team promotes CreditSights' products, events and services to our clients and coordinates with our Asia-Pacific Account Managers & Research teams and assists with increasing user engagement across our account base

We'll Count on You To:

  • Researching the client base, contacting active and nonactive users, highlighting important and relevant articles and key features of our product
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of key marketing and client outreach events
  • Coordinate with account managers and research to create targeted corporate communications and events
  • Visit clients on a regular basis with business travel arrangement

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 24 years of sales or client servicing experience
  • High level of familiarity with financial markets and investment research
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Enthusiastic and motivated selfstarter with team player attitude and orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent English verbal / written communication skills
