Roles & Responsibilities

As the key player in managing client relationships, you will ensure that all operational targets are met. Your role involves driving sales initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling, while nurturing long-term client connections.

Job Description:

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and collaborate closely with business partners
  • Set and oversee KPIs, and lead teams to deliver on objectives
  • Conduct soft launches and pilot runs for projects, ensuring seamless operations
  • Devise annual marketing and sales plans
  • Acquire new business and expand existing accounts
  • Gain deep insights into clients' needs and provide accurate proposals
  • Work in tandem with Operations on project execution
  • Spot areas for service enhancement and offer recommendations to management
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of three (3) years experience in Contact Centre industry, particularly in managing government projects
  • Preferably COPC certification or its equivalent
  • Solid understanding of contact centre operations, IT systems, and contracts
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and report preparation
