Responsibilities

  • Source leads for potential corporate partners, and be responsible for negotiating and closing corporate partnership, including but not limited to companies in the internet, retail or financial industry
  • Through organizing various offline events such as online webinars or offline seminars to educate and effectively acquire corporate employees
  • Help manage and train a team of moomoo offline sales and drive user acquisition and retention through cooperate events or corporate roadshow activations
  • Design effective incentive schemes and execute proper sales process management to ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills
  • Run proper training program to ensure all sales team are wellaccustomed to moomoo's platform and product suite, marketing campaign mechanics, and adherence to compliance requirements
  • Participate in company's marketing campaigns, provide trustworthy feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed the company sales goals

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of related working experience as a sales lead and managing a team of offline sales
  • Familiar with corporate sales and customer engagement with corporate employees, and great with verbal communication
  • Resultsoriented, selfmotivated, with strong interpersonal skill
  • Familiar with financial products and services, and familiar with FS compliance requirements
  • English speaking fluency is a must, Chinese speaking fluency is a plus
