Account Executive, Strategic Account Management

What a typical day involves:

  • Maintaining smooth relationships with clients, in-house insurance/reinsurance and broking teams, ceding companies, insurance service providers, and Aon Specialty teams worldwide.
  • Supporting the team in various areas such as reinsurance broking, analysis of underwriting information, preparing presentations, policy wordings, coordinating invoicing, claims processing, risk management programs, and more.
  • Assisting in generating growth opportunities with existing clients and organizing client meetings, trips, and special needs.
  • Undertaking additional duties as assigned.

Skills and experience for success:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Risk and Insurance Management, Business, Finance, or Sales.
  • 1-2 years' experience in reinsurance, insurance broking, or related companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment and willingness to travel.
  • Good relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
