This role involves active collaboration with our global team and providing support to international clients. This role will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with key clients in the region. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business avenues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and company’s Technologies.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar role within the technology or security industry.
  • Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the Asia Pacific region.
