Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager at POINTSTAR PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by promoting product innovation and collaborating with sales teams to generate sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
- Maintain key relationships with C-level decision-makers and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling PointStar's various products.
- Collaborate with technical account managers and pre-sales teams to achieve outcomes.
- Regularly meet with strategic clients to update them on new product updates and plan form implementation.
- Participate in internal meetings for team enhancement and new business strategy.
- Handle renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
- Pitch new projects and influence new project decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales in a related industry is advantageous.
- Experience in IT infrastructure sales, managed services, analytics, and AI is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
