The incumbent will be responsible to plan, organise, directing and control the operations in the HR (HR/Legal/Compliance related) so as to achieve the objectives and implement and review HR policies and programs pertaining to the company's function.
The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of department.【 What you will be doing 】
HR Matters:
(80%)
- In charge of monthly submission of payroll file preparation to Payroll vendor (TimeSoftware), annual increment review, and variable bonus review with top management
- In charge of providing updates to annual IRAS filing Benefitsinkinds (BIK) for local & expat staff
- In charge of the process of the complete recruitment process, manpower development with budget control, payroll administration (i.e. allowance, commission), employee benefits, labour relations and health/safety programs in the company
- In charge of reviewing termcontract staff offer packages and proposing to management
- In charge of reviewing and renewal of Contracts of Service with technicians and contractors for the Customer Care Department
- In charge of the processing of expatriates (EP) / Dependant Pass (DP) and HR administration e.g. expat's Tenancy Agreement with external property agents
- Act as Educational OC. Overseeing staff advancement program for management approval, the nomination of participants to HQ-L&D management courses, and conducting new staff orientation
- In charge of ESSP maintenance, new/exit staff profile creation, updating and upkeeping of company organisation chart & Pfile, implementing and maintaining SAP-HCM modules in HQ
Legal & Compliance Requirement:
(10%)
- Coordinate with Company Secretary (TMF) & HQ-Legal requirement
- Lead the Risk Management Compliance committee in the company
- Coordinate, and safekeep all business agreements, contracts, maintenance agreements, and insurance policies in the centralized file. Control logbook and all original contracts in the company safe
- Consult legal advice for the company with HQ-Legal Compliance Dept
Other Roles:
(10%)
- Approver in staff reimbursement system in Admin (for exceeding S$50) / HR related
- Participant in the HQ-HR's monthly Council Meeting to update & implement HQ-HR's new rules & policies
- Any other duties which may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirement:

- Possess Bachelor Degree in HR and business admin or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of managerial professional experience in HR
- Excellent consulting expertise and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Knowledge of the Companies Act is an added advantage
- Possess service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational talent, and problemsolving skills
Working Hour: 9:00 ~ 17:45
