  • Document control work including printing, filing, copying and scanning.
  • Prepare tender documents for submission.
  • Keep track and compile company track record.
  • Sources of quotation from supplier and subcontractor.
  • Arrange supplier and subcontractor to attend meeting.
  • Any other duty that might be assigned.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in administration.

  • Able to speak and write both Engalish and Mandarin(Some workers in the company only speak Mandarin or English, so admin needs to be proficient in both English and Mandarin to better manage workers)
