Job Description

Zendesk is hiring

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and indirect methods such as networking (using tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Outreach).
  • Generate new business and ability to grow an extensive, qualified pipeline.
  • Become a guide on Zendesk's products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on sales forecasts.
  • Work with marketing and partner teams to plan and execute sales campaigns within Indonesia.
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • This position will focus on sales in Singapore and Indonesia market and the ability to communicate in local language
    (Bahasa Indonesia) with our Indonesian customers and partners will be highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of full cycle sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment; move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution
