Mon to Fri, 830am to 6pm 1 year contract Up $2,000 per month


The primary purpose of the position is to support the Sales Operations and Sales Administration functions within Business Operations & Planning Department.

This include but are not limited to order raising, billing and payment escalations.

Role:


Ensure timely and accurate day to day order rising, order closing and billings across various entities that Cyber is supporting.

Work closely with Sales Support Team, Sales Specialists and Account Management team for order raising, and order closing related matters.

Work closely with Product on customized orders processing and providing recommendations where available.
Manage storage, archival of Sales Operations documentations such as correspondences, operating processes, instructions, and procedures and various other data.
Assembles, and distributes information as required.

Support the team in terms of escalations investigations, coordinate with internal stakeholders to expedite order processing, delivery, order closure and billing.


JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum A level or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing or billing
Must have eye for details and ability to multitask
Independent, good time management and sensitive to numbers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with all levels
