Job Description

-Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order entry, order validation, invoicing, and shipping, to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

-Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to address order-related issues, such as order changes, cancellations, or expedited requests.

-Oversee the daily operations of the order processing department and provide guidance

and direction to staff.

-Monitor staff performance and ensure quality customer service is provided.

-Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.

-Develop and implement policies and procedures for the order processing department.

-Troubleshoot order processing issues and resolve customer complaints.

-Update receipts of goods and ensure accurate stock records are kept up to date

-Prepare performance reports and analyze trends.

-Maintain accurate records and filing systems.

-Other projects as assigned by management

Prerequisites

-Minimum of 2-year related experience

-Experience in Sage and supervisor skills will be advantageous

-Proficient in MS office applications

-Attention to details, team player, good interpersonal skills and communication skills

-Responsible and customer service-oriented person

-Must be bilingual in spoken and written English and Chinese, good knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin
