Order Management Assistant (One Year Contract / Renewable)

Job Description

  • Process Customer PO from Order to Invoicing.
  • Keep track of Orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with Customers delivery lead time, delays, and actual deliveries.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse for packing and shipment.
  • Provide other adhoc administrative support

The Ideal Candidate

  • Min NITEC / Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP.
  • Good time management and adherence to timeline.
  • Strong and effective communicator at all levels within a multicultural working environment.

Other Information

Working Location : Woodlands Spectrum II

Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Hybrid)
