Responsibilities:

  • EndtoEnd Process Management: Lead and manage the endtoend Workday processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient utilization of the system across various HR functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
  • Configuration and Customization: Be the goto person for all Workday configuration and customization needs. Utilize your deep understanding of Workday to tailor the platform to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Drive successful Workday implementations from start to finish. Work closely with crossfunctional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective deployment of Workday solutions.
  • Compensation Module Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in the Compensation or Advance Compensation module of Workday. Design, configure, and implement compensation programs, salary structures, and incentive plans aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the Workday system. Monitor data inputs, perform data audits, and troubleshoot datarelated issues to maintain high data quality.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers on Workday functionalities and best practices. Address and resolve user queries and issues related to Workday usage promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements. Propose and implement improvements and optimizations to existing Workday configurations to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate Workday configurations and ensure they meet business requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or defects during the testing phase.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of Workday configurations, processes, and procedures. Prepare comprehensive user manuals and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Workday Expertise: Proven handson experience in Workday configuration and implementation, with a focus on the Compensation or Advance Compensation module.
  • HR

Domain Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of HR processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities to interpret business needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Certifications (preferred): Workday HCM or Compensation certifications would be an advantage.
