Roles & Responsibilities

HR & Office ManagerSingaporePermanentWe are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR & Office Manager to be part of our team and manage HR functions across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in human resources, focusing on employee engagement and office administration. Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, APAC, this role is crucial in spearheading HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Responsibilities: 80%
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Handle employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Aid in creating and executing HR programs and initiatives
  • Handle pass application, payroll, leave management, and HRIS functions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases
  • Conduct HR data reporting and analytics
  • Keep updated on employment regulations in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management
Office & Admin Responsibilities: 20%
  • Manage office administration tasks
  • Coordinate with IT for problem-solving
  • Organize internal events and meetings
  • Oversee general office maintenance
  • Support the Head of APAC
  • Handle adhoc tasks as required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Familiarity with HR best practices in Asia-Pacific
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HRIS and related software
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is beneficial
