**Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Functions

  • Performs daily Internal audit checks for daily transactions payments and settlements
  • Ensure accuracy of settlements and performs investigations when necessary
  • Daily Sales Report management and administration
  • Monthly Sales Reports and other accounting reports generation
  • Manage control measures to ensure inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved
  • Checking & Verifying Delivery Orders against invoices
  • Checking & Verifying suppliers/Vendor Invoices
  • Maintain and update invoices in the software
  • Reconciling process and maintaining historical records
  • Assist in compiling claims for reimbursements
  • Data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying and general accounts administrative duties

Human Resource Functions

  • Assist in HR Recruitment
  • Support in Traning & Development
  • Assisting with HR Administrative

What You'll Need

  • Detailoriented, conscientious and highly adaptable
  • Proactive, resourceful & a teamplayer
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business Administration
  • At least 3 years' experience
