Operating within a dynamic and ever-evolving market landscape, our company is poised for continued growth and expansion. As we embark on this journey, we are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Human Resources to join our team. This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CEO, offering a unique opportunity to shape and lead HR strategy within our organization.
Role Overview:
The Head of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and enhancing the performance culture across our portfolio company. The successful candidate will have a robust background in both established multinational corporations and high-growth environments, with a proven track record of leading HR initiatives in diverse settings. The role will encompass managing and further developing the capabilities of the HR team while overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and growth plans of the organization.
- Lead the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services and solutions to support the achievement of business goals.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by implementing talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee total compensation and benefits programs, including the design and implementation of long-term incentive structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational development, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations across all regions of operation.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on both established MNCs and high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of leadership in HR strategy development, implementation, and execution.
- Strong expertise in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and leadership development.
- Experience in designing and managing total compensation and benefits programs, including long-term incentive structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience working in a global or regional capacity, preferably within the Asia Pacific region.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
