What will you be doing?
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for a proactive Regional Manager (Sales Hunter Role) to join our highly successful commercial team in Singapore.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative-based selling and receiving a competitive compensation package. You will be required to hunt for new business opportunities. You will be responsible for selling Argus market data, price assessments, and reports in Asia Pacific markets. You will develop the growth strategy across the territory and manage the renewal process for clients, applying a consultative and methodical approach to sales and account management.
We are seeking entrepreneurial traits, where the successful candidate owns a business book and is responsible for developing growth strategies to hit targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating clients' sales options.
- Establish and develop relationships with new clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients, providing them support, information, and recommending new solutions.
What we're looking for in you
- Educated to Degree level or above.
- Be independent, self-motivated, and disciplined following-through sales cycles.
- Confident in giving effective sales presentations and possessing strong communication skills.
- Experience in frontline information or B2B sales experience.
- Be a strong and professional communicator, liaising with international leaders effectively.
- Experience in the APAC commodities industry's price data subscription sales environment is a bonus.
Travel
- Cover client meetings, conferences, and events (5-15% of travel to Asia markets).
Hours
Monday through Friday, to
Earlier or later hours, or weekend hours, may be expected on occasion.
