Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Enablement

  • Work closely with Global and Regional sales performance team to identify and improve sales processes and productivity
  • Lead and monitor sales performance initiatives for APAC Service Logistics to ensure alignment of KPIs between global and regional functional teams
  • Provide regional sales performance reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
  • Support senior stakeholders in yearly budgeting & forecasting activity by providing sales insights from CRM Data
  • Ensure alignment across countries and regions on sales reporting standards
  • Champion continuous improvement in sales processes to ensure efificiency and document best practices

Sales & Tender Management Excellence

  • Ensure that tender/RFQ documents are aligned with global business standards to deliver a customer centric bid experience
  • Work closely with Global Service Logistics and cross countries team to drive continuous improvement on tender process (Sales collaterals, Value Propositions, Pricing & Messaging)
  • Identify market segments and current market demands so as to meet customer's supply chain needs
  • Provide commercial oversight and guidance on TAM tenders and renewals to ensure financially viable opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a business or logistics background
  • 2 to 4 years of experience preferred
  • Able to perform assignments independently to achieve stated objective
  • Ability to inspire teams to improve processes and develop approach to solutions
  • Strategic / conceptual thinker
  • Ability to work with cross country and cross cultural ad hoc teams
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
