Our client is a market leader within the health and life insurance space. We are currently partnering them to look for a Client Services Assistant in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Manage meeting invitations and manager's schedule of meetings and trips. This includes travel arrangement like hotel and flight bookings.
  • Processing of claims and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Facilitate the sending of documents between members and correspondents of the team.
  • Document formatting using the appropriate office software: Word, Excel and etc.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the office ensuring the computers, printers and equipment are in working condition.
  • Processing of physical mails on time scan and digitalise it in the system.
  • Handling administrative files and ensuring the quality of data and processing.

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised & reliable
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver task within deadlines
