As a training organisation that is approved to run WSQ and IBF courses, PPP Academy has been working tirelessly on expanding our training programme lineup.

We are hence looking for an
Admin & Event Ops Executive to support our growing number of training events.

  • Be systems and processes oriented (with an eye for detail)
  • Have the necessary communication skills and emotional intelligence to handle trainee/customer relationships
  • Possess prior experience in training organisation processes
  • Be comfortable with event metrics and datadriven reports
  • Are not an ordertaker, and will proactively work with various departments to further optimize processes
  • Can identify potential trainees to acquire referrals and crosstraining opportunities
  • Have experience in the financial planning industry (our primary pool of clients)

The job scope includes:

  • Manage and update course landing pages through our CMS
  • Plan and manage a calendar of events
  • Manage class size and confirmation by trainees
  • Manage venue bookings
  • Manage and execute preevent followup process to collect all required information and payment from trainees/organisations
  • Manage finance claims and refund requests
  • Ensure setup of training venue and logistics
  • Prepare course itinerary for trainers/staff
  • Manage course day registration and support trainees
  • Work with Course Fulfillment Personnel to ensure smooth fulfilment of courses
  • Prepare postevent expenses reports
  • Manage postevent submission of details and grants claims
  • Ensure details are correctly recorded and rectify any errors in the database
  • Manage digital training resources on LMS
