求人内容

  • Arrange expatriate visas (new/renewal, communicating with agencies) and optimize local hiring by gathering information on government guidance
  • Preparing and managing MyCareersFuture advertisement
  • Provide analytical reports based on market survey on salary benchmarking, make recommendations to the compensation structure and strengthen the company market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talents
  • Process payroll and manage staff's salary payment and reimbursements
  • Arrange interviews and supporting the selection process when hiring local staff
  • Arrange employment contracts for hiring staff
  • Review compensation and benefits and develop strategy according to business needs
  • Ensure compliance of all HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements and provide advice to management
  • Support creation of HR evaluation system for local employees
  • Manage, support and implementation of the learning and development programs as well as other courses
  • Report to HQ on various HR related matters
  • Admin support in Japanese for the expatriates
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

- 給与ベンチマークの市場調査に基づく分析レポートの提供、報酬体系への提言、及び人材獲得、報奨、維持において会社の市場地位の強化
- 給与計算、スタッフの給与支払いや経費精算の管理
- 現地従業員採用時の面接手配、選考サポート
- 雇用契約書の手配
- 報酬・福利厚生の見直し、ビジネスニーズに応じた戦略立案
- 人事方針と手続きの法令遵守の確認、経営陣へのアドバイスの提供
- 現地従業員の人事評価制度構築の支援
- 学習・開発プログラムおよびその他のコースの管理、サポート、実施
- 人事関連事項の本部への報告
- 駐在員への日本語での事務サポート
- その他関連業務

応募資格

[Must]

  • Min 58 years of relevant fullspectrum HR experience
  • Able to communicate in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ
  • Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel etc.)
  • Good team player
[Advantage]

  • Possess working experience in Japanese company
[必須条件]
- 最低5~8年以上の人事関連業務経験者
- 基本的なPCスキル(MS Word、Excelなど)
- チームプレーが得意な方

[優遇条件]
- 日系企業での実務経験をお持ちの方
