・Microsoftのスキル、特にExcel(ピポットテーブル、vlookupなど)をお持ちの方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(社内外のコミュニケーションで必要なため)

Responsibilities:
-


  • Manage and verify staff payroll, claims
  • Manage local & expatriates income tax filing and other related payments
  • Liaison with the government on mandatory surveys & reporting
  • Facilitate expatriates onboarding and offboarding process
  • Advisory support to expatriates and local employees on their queries and grievances
  • Manage new expatriate's orientation program
  • Handle all personnel related survey / statics for various government bodies
  • Assist to manage annual performance appraisal process
  • Manage Dept's personnel cost, monthly, quarterly and yearly as well as budgeting
  • Maintaining HRMS including Performance Appraisal exercise and claims records
  • Other adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or its equivalent with 5 years of HR experience
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and has good initiative and time management skills.
  • Good understanding of the Employment Act and HR practices
  • Experience in payroll function and income tax matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel (e.g Pivot Tables, vLookups etc.).
  • Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Strong team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business level Japanese, JLPT N1 or its equivalent prefer for making reports and liaise with HQ and local Japanese staff.
