- Aid management in implementing employment policies;
- Arbitrate concerns and complicated interactions between employees;
- Initiate recruitment efforts and plan newhire orientations;
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars;
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications;
- Update People Development SOPs; Adhoc HR administrative duties.
Requirement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; Teamwork skills;
- Familiar with labor laws;
- Polytechnic diploma in Human Resources or related field;
- Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant is a plus;
- Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus; Excellent written and communication skills.
