Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee financial activities for multiple entities within the organization.
  • Handle consolidation accounting for multiple entities in Singapore and regional to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Lead and manage accounting team.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across various entities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Japanese skill to liaise with HQ side and external parties
  • Minimally 8 years of Audit & inhouse accounting experience
  • At least 35 years of experience in similar role within the real estate industry
  • Hands on experiences in J-SOX and J-GAAP with international standard
  • Familiar with Singapore and regional taxation matters
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager and handling multiple entities
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
