JOB SUMMARY:
Operation of Regional Headquarters Company

  • Financial and general affairs tasks related to the operation of RHQ (NRI APAC) (similar descriptions as mentioned above)
  • Operational support for various related meetings such as the board of directors of RHQ and other relevant conference bodies
  • Collaboration with headquartersrelated departments regarding the operation of the Regional Headquarters Company
Management tasks of subsidiary companies

  • Management of subsidiary companies in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and South Asia
  • Preparation of monthly performance reports for subsidiary companies
  • Coordination with relevant departments at the headquarters in Japan
  • Coordination with general affairs, accounting, and human resources departments at each location
  • Overall supervision of various tasks
  • Duties related to the governance of subsidiary companies
  • Reporting tasks to the Japanese Managing Director
Support for accounting and general affairs tasks of subsidiary companies

  • Tasks related to improving the accounting operations of subsidiary companies
  • Support for invoice issuance and management
  • Monthly and annual closing support
  • Support for subsidiary company's auditing, taxation, and other related tasks
  • Coordination with accounting firms and audit corporations
  • Preparation and management of audit documents
  • Preparation and reporting of financial statements
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

- 月次、年次クロージングサポート
- 子会社の監査・税務等の業務に関する支援
- 会計事務所・監査法人とのやりと
- 監査用書類の準備・管理
- 決算報告書作成・報告
- その他関連業務

応募資格

  • Knowledge in accounting, general affairs, and governance
[必須条件]

  • 5年~8年の管理業務経験をお持ちの方
- シンガポールにて、周辺諸国を取りまとめた決算書作成のご経験をお持ちの方
- 経理、総務、ガバナンスにおける知識
- 実務経験をお持ちの方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力をお持ちの方 (日本本社とやり取りが発生するため。読み・書きを伴う。)
