  • 0 to 5,000 【仕事内容】 ・文書の作成、郵送、および記録 ・会計業務の外部委託先との月次連絡 ・請求書の発行、銀行取引、買掛金・売掛金の管理、支払い対応 ・人事関連業務 ・ライセンス、請求、その他必要な提出物・申請に関しての政府機関との連絡 ・簿記及び関連事項について外部委託先及びジョイントパートナーとの連携 ・監査人と連携し、監査および年次報告のために必要な文書を作成、提出 ・その他の臨時業務 【給与】 Up to S$5,000(経験による) 【応募資格】 ・学士 ・職種関係なく10年以上の勤務経験 ・管理/会計職での最低3年の勤務経験 ・日本の関係者との連絡を行うため、ある程度の日本語での会話が理解できること ・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため) ・スモールタスクも丁寧にこなせる能力 ・コミュニケーション能力があり協力的で、チームメンバーに対して思いやりがあること
    Responsibilities:
  • Administrative document filling, mailing, & records.
  • Monthly communication with accounting outsourcing company.
  • Invoicing, banking, handling account payables, account receivables, payment processing upload and following up with payments schedule.
  • HRrelated duties.
  • Liaise with outsourcing partners & our business joint partners on Bookkeeping & Corporate related matters.
  • Liaise with the Auditors, prepare and submit documents required for Audit and Annual Reports.
  • Other adhoc duties.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years working experience in any role.
  • Min 3 years working experience in Admin/Accounting role.
  • Able to understand Japanese conversation to some extent because you will liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Able to handle small tasks. Good communication, cooperative, and caring to the team members.
