Job responsibilities工作职责:
• Handling HR related administration task including recruitment matters (online job postings, shortlisting candidates, schedule job interviews etc) and employee files. 处理人力资源相关的行政工作,包括招聘事宜(网上招聘、候选名单、安排面试等)及员工档案
• Ensure all documentation and filling done in a proper manner.
• Assist in the development and updating of HR policies & procedures. 协助制定和更新所有人力资源政策和程序。
• Assisting in maintaining accurate personnel records in HR system, weekly attendance records, leave records. 协助维护人力资源系统的准确员工记录、每周排班表记录、休假记录。
• Monitor Work Passes and Food Hygiene courses expiry and arrange for renewals. 监察工作准证及食物卫生课程的有效期,并安排续期。
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll submission. 协助准备每月员工工资单。
• Any other duties assigned from time to time 不时分配的任何其他职责

Requirements 要求:
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply 欢迎毕业生申请
• Diligent, independent, and dependable 勤奋、独立、可靠
• Mandarin knowledge is essential to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking staff 可以理解普通话,能够与讲普通话的员工沟通
