Job Description:

Position Title: HR cum Admin Assistant

Working Location: Benoi Crescent

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5.30 PM)/ (Saturday, 8:30AM - 12:30PM)

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
  • Update and maintain proper records of existing employees’ information.
  • Managing on-boarding & off-boarding processes for employees.
  • Training registration, administration of employee training records.
  • Update HR-related SOPs & prepare HR letter.
  • Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys.
  • Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
  • Provide secretarial support to management when necessary.
  • Willing to learn new things.
  • Immediate start work.
