We are a HR consultancy company seeking a dynamic and motivated HR cum Admin Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in both human resources and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare documents such as offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
- Assist in updating digital platforms such as the company website and social media accounts.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible working days, open to part-time internships as well.
